Class Descriptions:

Class 1 – Michelle – Kickboxing/ HIIT: This class combines kickboxing with HIIT training (high-intensity interval training) that alternates short bursts of a higher intensity exercise with low-intensity recovery periods.

Class 2 – Iesha – Hip hop dance: Is a fun and effective way to burn calories and get your heart pumping. This music driven class will inspire the dancer in us all.

Class 3 – Pamela – Lower Body and Abs: Using your own bodyweight, exercises will focus on toning the legs, glutes, calves and abs to effective shape up your body. Helps to build stamina, improve coordination and flexibility, and burn calories as you build lean muscle. 

Class 4 – John – Bootcamp: Fun mix of aerobic and strength training exercises with intervals of agility and speed drills that uses timed bursts of intense activity alternated with intervals of lighter activity

Mini Activity Challenge – Week 6: Burpees!


It wouldn’t be a challenge without Burpees. Your final body challenge is to do 8-15 burpees based on your level of fitness. 

Submission for Points:

Submit a video of yourself doing AT LEAST 2 of the burpees for your level. Push to the end! YOU CAN DO IT!!!!

Virtual Fitness Class – Saturdays

Each fitness exercise class is accessible to all fitness levels and lasts for 1 hour. The certified instructors will demonstrate variations of each exercise and encourage participants to work at their own fitness level from beginner to advanced. Come one, come ALL!
