There will be a broad range of topics covered…..from fitness to cooking to financial wellness to so much more. You don’t want to miss it and it is open to EVERYONE.

Plus, for those participating in the 45 Day Church Challenge, it will also include the final awards ceremony…’s time to celebrate you!

Class Descriptions

Kickboxing/ HIIT: This class combines kickboxing with HIIT training (high-intensity interval training) that alternates short bursts of a higher intensity exercise with low-intensity recovery periods.

Bootcamp: Fun mix of aerobic and strength training exercises with intervals of agility and speed drills that uses timed bursts of intense activity alternated with intervals of lighter activity.

Zumba: Zumba is a fitness program that combines Latin and international music with dance moves. Zumba routines incorporate interval training — alternating fast and slow rhythms — to help improve cardiovascular

Flexibility & Balance: This class will focus on improving stability, creating a strong core, and improving posture by focusing on balance training and flexibility stretching. This class will  promote performance of functional movements used in exercise classes and activities of daily living.

Strong HIIT: This class combines body weight exercises, calisthenics and short bursts of cardio to build and maintain muscles while you get toned and strong. … Moves are designed to engage your entire body, burning more calories as it targets multiple muscle groups at a time.

Fitness Extravaganza: All the amazing fitness instructors featured during the challenge with bring you 90 minutes of non-stop workout action.
